4- International Post is responsible for distributing your parcel at home, that is, the transport company varies depending on the country where the customer resides. The mailing has a personalized shipping and tracking insurance. When you make the purchase after 10 days you will get a tracking number to see where your order is located. Whenever you send us an email related to your order you must write your order reference number that you can find on the purchase note (confirmation document sent to the mail when ordering).

Any email not containing the order reference number will not be answered due to large customer demands that we experience.

The shipping time of our packages is from 11 to 18 working days (Monday to Friday) to countries in Europe that have Premium shipping and from 15-26 working days (Monday to Friday) with free shipping. Counting this from the moment it’s sent.
